Cancellation & Refund Policy

Story Gifts & Decor believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a flexible cancellation and refund policy.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 2 days of placing the order.
  • However, cancellation may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
  • Cancellation is strictly allowed only until the order is unpacked. Once the product is unboxed, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Return & Damage Policy

  • To claim any damage, defect, or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • Requests for damaged or defective items must be reported to our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The request will be processed after verification by our team.
  • If you receive a product that is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, you must inform us within 2 days of delivery. Our team will review and take an appropriate decision.

Replacement Policy

  • In case of fragile items (such as photo frames, glass décor, etc.) that arrive broken or cracked, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost after verification.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only in specific cases, such as:
    • Errors in customized products (e.g., incorrect name printed on a mug).
  • For most other cases, we prioritize replacement instead of refunds.
  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6–8 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Cancellable Items

  • Orders that are customized or personalized may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started.
  • Perishable items (if applicable) are not eligible for cancellation, unless there is a proven quality issue.
